This prestigious building, constructed around 1750, was recently acquired in 2021 with plans to transform it into a state-of-the-art law college.

The ambitious redevelopment plans for Christleton Hall aimed to preserve the historical essence while modernizing the facility to accommodate 18 luxury apartments. Additionally, the project included constructing 24 detached houses and a two-storey office building that would serve as the headquarters for the Steven Morgan Foundation, enhancing the site’s utility and aesthetic value.
