We have been recently contracted by a homeowner client, who explained that they thought their integral garage ceiling was Asbestos Insulating Board.

After careful sampling and testing, this was confirmed. Additionally, unfortunately the Asbestos Insulating Board was in poor condition and had been nailed in place. There was also an additional risk to the completion of this work. Which was the structural stability of the working enclosures due to the integral garage being at the bottom of a steep sloped drive.

We sent our team of operatives to undertake the project and remove the hazardous material under fully enclosed conditions. Once removed, a four stage clearance was completed.
